Pros: good protection, fits under most jerseys
Cons: causes arm pump. sizing is off

I have ridden in two races and multiple practices with this body armor. It offers great protection, but with a cost. The sleeves are too tight and make the arm pump even worse. I ordered an XL and it is still too tight in the arms. The chest area is fine though. Oh and the sleeves slide down while you are racing causing the elbow pads to rest on your forearms. If you have really skinny arns and a big chest, then I would recommend this product. If not, then I would recommend you look at other alternatives.
